Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you expected — don’t worry. Just reach out and we’ll sort it out quickly.


If Your Item Arrives Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect

If something’s wrong with your order — whether it’s faulty, damaged during delivery, or not what you ordered — we’ll sort it out.

Just contact us within 30 days of placing the order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the item.

We’ll assess the issue and offer the appropriate solution: a full refund, or a replacement — whatever works best for you. And of course, we’ll cover the return shipping if the problem is on our end.


Cases Where We Do Not Offer Refunds

We understand that shoppers often change their mind, especially online. However, we do not offer refunds in these cases.


This includes but is not limited to reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer needing the product
  • Finding another option, cheaper elsewhere.


We recommend reading the descriptions of our products carefully, and double-checking before placing your order.


Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are still covered if they arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described. You’re entitled to the same support as with any other item.

We also do not offer returns or refunds on sale items for change of mind.


How Refunds Work

If we’ve arranged a refund for a faulty or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the item. Most refunds show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or the processing speed of third-party payment providers.
